Weekend trip to Deauville, Normandy.
This is where the actual Casino that inspired Ian Fleming’s first James Bond book is located.
We will stay in the centre of Deauville for the 2 night stay, Friday & Saturday nights.
The infamous Casino will feature in our trip as well as other local sites of interest.

TRIP ITINERARY
We have decided to do the ferry overnight to Caen from Portsmouth. This gives us more time in France rather than the early start & long day run down the motorway to Deauville.
Meeting approx 8.00pm at GUILDFORD Burger King on Thursday night. The ferry leaves from Portsmouth at 23.45 arriving at Caen the following morning at 7. 00 am The return journey is easier as we will leave after lunch on Sunday for a departure at 5.15 pm to arrive back in Portsmouth at about 9 ish in the evening
On our arrival on Friday we will do a breakfast stop. Then on to the dealership in Caen.
It is then a 50 mile ride to Deauville. Check into the hotel 'Ibis' on the harbour at Deauville. The cost for two nights with underground parking / inc breakfast its 199.00 euros a couple. (plus 5 euros for each BIKE towards the parking to be paid in cash.

ONE COUPLE is £177.90 for one bike, two people ,one cabin outwards and two reclining seats on the return journey. ( this cuts down on fuel cost and tolls also a nicer ride to Portsmouth instead of Dover)
SINGLE RIDER is £146.00 one bike, one one rider, one cabin outwards and one recline seat on return journey
ONE COUPLE TWO BIKES is £242.00 two bikes one cabin for two outwards, and two recline seats on return journey.
This is a discounted price for a group booking we will use the twenty five pounds deposits PP to book the ferry, BUT I will need the full amount BY the 20th JULY to pay in full amount for the crossing.
